An Active Contact is a unique contact interacting with your Rule-Based Chatbot during a month. Multiple interactions from the same contact count as a single Active Contact.
What are WhatsApp Campaign Messages?
WhatsApp Campaign Messages include all supported WhatsApp template message types such as Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Carousel, and other Meta-approved template formats.
Are WhatsApp charges included in my Chronox AI subscription?
No. Meta charges separately for WhatsApp Campaign Messages based on its current pricing policies. Chronox AI does not charge any commission or markup on Meta's charges. Message delivery depends on your Meta account balance, spending limits, account status, and Meta's policies.
Do WhatsApp Campaign Messages consume AI Credits?
No. WhatsApp Campaign Messages have their own monthly limits and do not consume AI Credits.
Do inbox messages consume AI Credits?
No. Human-agent inbox usage does not consume AI Credits.
Do Rule-Based Chatbot conversations consume AI Credits?
No. Rule-Based Chatbot conversations are governed through Active Contact limits and do not consume AI Credits.

No. Annual subscriptions continue to receive monthly allocations. Annual billing only changes the payment frequency.
